I paid 2 weeks of the Centre de Lois in this school for my 4 year old daughter. She could not attend due to covid since our tickets to France were cancelled and the school was closed in July. School agreed to pay me back. After months of requesting my money and this school giving different excuses, they are now ignoring me when I email or call them. have posted comments on their Facebook page to warn other parents of their dishonesty and they keep erasing the comments. Instead of doing the right thing and reimbursing me for a service I did not receive, they prefer to ignore me and erase the reviews so other parents cannot see what they have done. If you are considering this school for your child I would advise you to reconsider. Their practices have proven to be rather dishonest and unprofessional.

Stay away from this school! The director, Marc Lovreglio, took my money and never reimbursed me. I paid two full weeks of their centre de loisirs months in advance. I thought I could trust a school that takes care of our most important treasure in life, our children. However, due to the pandemic our flights to France were cancelled and the school was closed. I asked for a reimbursement of the 400 euros because we never received the service. Since March, they have been giving me excuses and playing with me to this day in November. As a matter of fact, they told me they would pay me back but never did. Not only they are dishonest but they are also big time liars. They are not planning on paying me back and they are enjoying my 400 euros while their school is up and running. Their price is exorbitant but they do not have 400 eur to pay back a client that didnt use their service? What they do is immoral and unethical. Their lack of professionalism is outstanding. I am deeply disappointed and I would never leave my children in the hands of people with this type of ethics.

Cette école - que nous fréquentons depuis plusieurs années maintenant - nous donne entière satisfaction et l’équipe en place est tout simplement extraordinaire : à l’écoute des enfants et des parents, excellente mais toujours soucieuse de mieux faire, en constante remise en question. Le devouement des enseignants au service des apprentissages mais aussi de l’epanouissement et du bien être de nos enfants est bien réel . L’approche est individualisée, les rythmes de chaque enfant respectés. L’école est ouverte, ouverte sur le monde et sur les autres. Nous recommandons .
