Highly recommend if you find burger in Nice. I think they have their beer as well. Menu price is around 13 euro but I changed to beer and paid 14.5. Good taste and quick made.

Good restaurant, friendly staff
Burgers here were pretty decent. We had considered going to the Hard Rock Cafe after three weeks in France (going for something more North American right before our return home). Burgers were way cheaper here at Papa versus Hard Rock (e.g., 13 versus 18 euros for burger and fries plus Papa also includes a canned or bottled drink). Both burgers were great and had more French flavours, such as soft cheeses, bernaise sauce, creamed chive sauce, etc.). A nice change from what we are used to in Canada. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The burgers were nice. I had the Grand Mamie, which had a lot of cheese and was very flavourful. The chips were as expected. Service was average.
Not great. Fries are good, but too oily. The burger was not bad, but I'd define it as bland. Cheap for the prices you can see around though.
Waiting time: VERY, very LONG, and only 4 people were there! They serve Delivery orders on a priority behind the scene! The Meat: Nothing expositional Fries: Very Small, Cold, No salt At all!!! Sauce for the Fries: A Miniature sample Burger Buns: Over toasted Tables are way too small and too close to each other I couldn't breed! Honestly: I don't know what the F@k I eat! Definitely not going back!
Good service and a the restaurant looked very nice. I wouldn't tell a friend to go eat here though. The meat was very minimal and thin and the bun was huge, taking up 75% of the hamburger. Adding to that the bun was very dry and which made it a unpleasant meal.
