Got my lunch here today asked for a wrap to be made got very bad service from the woman who made it asked for lettuce in my wrap and she literally gave me a pinch of lettuce, asked twice for coleslaw to be put in my wrap as well which she continued to ignore me as to which I didn’t get the coleslaw, size of the wrap was ridiculous, which I never had an issue with before anyone else that made them for me in the past the wrap was full, would of been safer buying one of the pre-made ones in the fridge there was more filling in them than what I got in a fresh one. She had no customer service skills at all, and still got charged 3.25 for a wrap that wasn’t even worth half the price
Only company I know of who is including lorry drivers in their free coffee for front line workers policy, nice to be recognised
Good service station. Bit pricey
We have eaten in here a few times when on the road. Food is great quality & reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful & chat to the kids about what way they want their food
