Best set lunch I had yet (seafood pancake similar to Okonomiaki. Well served and diverse for a reasonable price (150k). 45min waiting though. My neighbor arrived after me and finished before. I would have decrease the rank if it was not for the waiter Van who took properly care of me, smiled and offered some other dish while waiting. Food 5 Service 5 Place 4 Cost/value 5
