Ordered and paid for two polo shirts, no mention of needing Id to collect ..... went with receipt to be told that wasn’t enough. Gave lady behind counter my name address postcode etc ... parcel there, described both polo shirts in detail etc to be told it still wasn’t enough to collect them !! However it was enough to be able to cancel them and receive a full refund in cash ????? Is it just me or is it dumb that I couldn’t have the shirts because of no Id but she could take my word and give me the money equivalent
