Fine picked up collection and left. Staff polite and friendly, just find next a little over priced for what it is.
I've got no problem with the the store. But I recently had items delivered there by mistake instead of my home address. There is no direct number to contact this store. So I've rang next 4 time's asking for the items to be sent back as I'm unable to collect them. I was told via customer service they have sent a message to the store but I'm still getting constant emails, text message's saying there wating for me to collect them. I'm not paying interest on item's I don't want. Or paying until they sort this issue out and all item's are refunded back to my account. It's getting very frustrating now.
Everything I looked at only had size 10 or 12 on the shelves. Hardly any staff, seemingly always running on a skeleton staff situation. Could hear the staff moaning themselves about it!! Seriously gone downhill in the last 12 months... Shame.
