Store closed for click and collect only at the front door.Member off staff couldn't hear anything because the of the air curtain blowing.She was rude and asked us to shout up twice Unbelievable.

The layout of the store is awful, especially with trying to keep a safe distance away from people, theres rails everywhere. Every time I go to collect a parcel in the children's section, the staff aren't very friendly and have to wait a considerable amount of time. Its poor you have to touch a screen, then wait at the bottom to get a member of staff to collect a parcel. Not very good Covid-19 procedures in place.
Store was not overly busy and all covid rules in place. Staff were polite and ready to give help or advice when needed.
Good quality clothing free parking disabled parking and access friendly helpful staff and you don't have to go into the town centre
