Fantastic customer service off both ladies in the mens department upstairs. Sarah L. who served me went above and beyond her duties in order to help me try to purchase some aftershave that is now discontinued. She checked in the back, rang other stores and checked on-line for me. Sarah, I hope you realise how important you are to the Company. Well done you!!!
Shocking customer service skills from the staff, they are unwilling to help the customers and come across thinking they are better. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I wouldn't speak to customers the way they do.
Nice little store, not the biggest but they have most of the items. The lady in the store was really nice, helped me pick out a present for my niece.
Usual next, but quite small and their Lipsy selection consisted of one single very small rail small, but well stocked homeware upstairs.
