Toilet was very dirty and smelly. Plenty of staff on shop floor but no one to clean. Typically over priced next. Would be nice to shop where toilets are cleaned.

Was really hoping that this \Next\ would be decent but I always heave a sigh and end up leaving as its pretty dire. They never seem to have a range of sizes or lengths and for the quality, is pretty pricey. Oh, and I don't appreciate being given dirty looks by the blonde shop assistant every time I go in.... Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable .
As another customer has already stated the manager “Julie” is very rude. I have ordered online and collected in store several times, on this occasion the item hadn’t been “scanned” she huffed about this and said “well I will go and check if it is here myself” after telling me to come back in a few hours (after I had already waited 20 minutes). This is HER JOB, to ensure that customers can receive their items (email stated available 12 onwards, it was 1:30) so she huffed as she had to carry out a duty of her job. I guess being a manager has gone to her head and feels she shouldn’t be carrying out tasks such as looking for a customers parcel even though it had been scanned and was in the warehouse. POOR SERVICE JULIE, maybe get yourself on a customer service communication skills course.

The usual bad service and grumpy lady working there, who turned off the light in the changing rooms at 7:45 while I was in there trying on jeans. She just wanted to go home! When I came out to check what time they closed I got a grunt as a reply. Clearly not interested in assisting a customer. If you stay open until 8 leave the lights on until 8! This is the last time I will be visiting next. Every time I go I experience long waits and or bad grumpy service.
