Well thought out and designed store,very big, with furniture and bedding section great displays at Christmas and always well stocked,staff are very helpful even when busy... Before coronavirus the costs coffee in store was great to leave the husband while you have a good look round...Mens department is also very well stocked ..
Always liked and shopped at next myself. Now we are buying clothes for both our sons. Cool fashionable clothing for a very good price. Only went into the kids section but have been through the whole shop, plus next home which is pretty good too! One thing I'd say is, it's extremely busy at the weekends
Picked up parcel for a friend in quarantine, needed the code and full postcode to collect, friendly staff and tidy store
A member of staff was very rude to me and told me off for going in the wrong way. I apologised and said I didn't see the sign as I was too busy looking for arrows on the floor to follow. Staff in the women's section weren't very helpful and Next doesn't stock any branded products they advertise on the website.
