Ordered items to collect in store but it took a period of 2 weeks for everything to arrive resulting in multiple trips to collect, I would have preferred to have waited until everything could be collected at once. Also the store layout is not conducive to allow social distancing, rails are still randomly placed, close together. I can see that this method encourages customers to walk past a wider range of clothes, crafty marketing, however more space should be generated to allow easier distancing.

Helpful staff, exciting range of home accessories. Expensive but the famous Next sales means the wife sets her alarm clock for 4am in the morning. Costa is also available on the 1st floor. Free parking, family and disabled car spots here. A lift is also available for buggies etc. There is also a collection point to bring back or collect items ordered online.
Brilliant clothing and home store. The staff members are always nice and friendly, and will immediately answer any questions that you have. The quality of the products and clothes are also great too unlike some more expensive brands.
