Good selection of good quality furniture. Very helpful staff
We ordered 5 small items on the same transaction arrived on 5 different days,every time I had to queue outside in a very cold weather 1-2C for about 25 to 30 minutes, nobody allowed in because of coronavirus,, there was only one staff getting the order from the store inside each customer had to wait 5_10 min to collect their item

Shocking store. Most rude Next staff I've ever dealt with. Spoke to 4 members of staff. 1 was helpful. Other 3 were borderline obnoxious. Plus my order hadn't arrived as expected
