I have their windows fitted in my home and after about 2 and a half years the frames completely bent out of shape meaning I cannot close my window properly so there is a gap. As well as this the frame has completely became detached from the top of the wall. I called up about this last week and was told that warranty only covers glass and not the frame so if I want it sorting I’ll need to replace the entire window. Awful quality product this is the second issue I’ve had with them the first time the door frame bent out of shape so it couldn’t lock meaning my home was insecure for the weeks that it took for them to sort it. Avoid these guys.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I mean EVER. We have tried for 2 YEARS to get the window they fitted fixed. 7 replacements later and still the same problem. Please, please do not use this company. We had no choice as they fitted the glass in our new home from CREST NICHOLSON but go elsewhere if you can. AWFUL.
