Just got a strawberry sundae... It was basically just ice-cream.... No cream and a dash of sauce... Disgraceful!!

Me and my partner ordered a yummies. We made sure we got everything nut free as I am severely allergic to nuts. My partner got half way down her sundae ice cream and found 1 square of a kinder breno (hazelnut) and what seems to be small bits of some other nuts? This is the second time it's happened.
Ordered a crepe and its size was utterly shocking for its price and extras I paid for. And I had to stand in the cold with my door open for ages (after waiting over an hour for bloody delivery )as I was being handed incorrect change. I had to wait over an hour for a slice of cheesecake and crepe about the size of a mug saucer . Will NOT be ordering from here again. 10.90 wasted. Feel like I'm owed my money back for delivery, the crepe and extras. DID NOT ANSWER MY CALLS TO COMPLAIN
I had just ordered for a Sunday treat and ended up with a hair in my cheesecake.
Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered from just eat, a crepe, coke and smoothie and it came to over 10. Took nearly an hour to get here. The smoothie was lumpy and tasted disgusting, the crepe was the tiniest thing I’ve ever seen and was cold. I definitely would not recommend and not buying from here again. Also the food was delivered in a bag from a different shop. Happens to be an off-licence bag and we called the shop to complain about the state of this and they didn’t answer. SO DISAPPOINTED
