Quite a short walk, nice and clean. Couldnt get to pond though as walk way covered with nettles

My first visit to Corrog Wood was a quick one due to time restraints. It is a very pleasant stroll through lovely mature young trees, bursting with lucious green foliage. A lovely place for a short walk and quiet contemplation.En route, there is a small circular area boundaried by large stone set into the earth where one can sit, picnic, play, giving a safe boundary for gathering together and play. Also some good informative 'plates' at the entrance. Very nice indeed.
