Worst customer service ever! Took an order for jungle gym add on and took money from account. 5 weeks later and no communication from Eglantine I attempted to contact them. No reply to two emails and Facebook messenger. Didn’t answer phone calls for days, when I finally got through, I was cut off. Travelled to shop to speak with someone in person. Was initially told they no longer sold the item I was after. Then was told I would receive one in a further two weeks. After three weeks I again had to contact them and was told they wouldn’t be able to get it after all and I would receive a refund. Total waste of time and a summer the kids should have been enjoying it. I understand these are challenging times but truly awful customer service.
Ordered fence panels and posts from Eglantine and picked up pick pebbles for garden. Timber delivered promptly, reasonably priced and was superb quality. Excellent customer service from front desk and great teamwork from guys at loading bay. I will be using them from now on.
