I waited 20 minutes for my burger which was alright, the chips however were cold and old. I let them know this, they offered to REPLACE them with FRESH ones. Instead they held them for about 5 minutes then dropped them in the deep fryer again. So they not only tasted old but were also tough and chewy. If you’re going to re-fry chips then tell the customer the truth. Don’t be deceitful!

I honestly feel the place has gone down hill dramatically since the new owners took over. I can no longer recommend this place. Prices have gone up, serving sizes gone down. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Great place for a pork and chip sandwich. Gravy is great and the pork is amazing. Little pricy on the pork crackling but all up my fave pork sandwich in Toowoomba.
Roast spuds looked very yummy BUT skin was like rubber and the inside was mush. Fish wasn't cooked though, half raw. The chips were full of eyes The coffee wasn't too bad but have had better. Overall it wasn't a good experience.
The roast meals are the bomb and the potato bake.. omgod, it's way better than mine

Ate here mid afternoon on a Saturday... visiting Toowoomba for a day of shopping and errands. Our order was quick, fresh and hot, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was definitely worth leaving the CBD for - we'll be back next trip!
Food was fresh and yummy. Definitely value for money.
