I have just purchased an Astra from here. I dealt with John who has to be one best salesman I have ever dealt with. As I was travelling from Bristol, John gave me as much information about the car as possible and even sent me a video of the car with a thorough explanation of all the instruments inside the car and how it all worked. I was constantly kept up to date with emails and video messaging from himself which I found to be a great service and not once did I ever have to keep chasing for anything. After travelling from Bristol, John met me on Sunday at the dealership which I was greeted with a warm welcome. After a good 20/25 minute test drive I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I pointed out to John a few things I’d like to get sorted with the car and on collection day I had received a video of all the work that had been done, once I arrived at the dealership the car was in great condition. John made the Hanover a great as possible, I can’t fault Arthur’s vauxhall Newtown or John one little bit. I will definitely buy from him again when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.
