We stayed here for a week in August.We were greeted by Wilma,who couldn't do enough for us. On arrival we had recently had a very hot spell of weather,so didn't have a great first day fishing. However,the next day the weather was a lot cooler and I had one of the best days fishing ever! I caught regularly using a sedge just below the surface.fish were in excellent condition. Accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped for your stay. Onsite is a farm shop which sells locally sourced venison etc.We bought venison steaks and sausage which were absolutely delicious. We cant thank Wilma and her family enough and will definitely be back.
A fantastic fishery. Beautiful setting, crystal clear water and great quality fish. Had an excellent 4 hr session with 1 Rainbow and 4 Blues. One of the blues topped 4.5 lb and fought like a train.
What a great farm shop for all wild game products. And definitely can't wait to visit next time I'm up and even have a go at fly fishing. loved all the meats I took home would highly recommend
Owners are brilliant,can't do enough for you fishing is good,peace,quiet,relaxation,if you get the chance go you will not regret it
