EMPLOYERS: do not depend on them to follow with DOT compliance for drug screening. Sent out an employee for a drug screen and they keep no record of chain and nurse told me herself she had no idea what she was doing and just sent out specimen. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Our children have been patients for over a year and a half. They not only never aquired the medical records we had 2 release forms submitted for at 2 diffrent times. They also lost their immunization records that we hand delivered 2x. We recieved a call to reschedule our appointment because they did not jave the vaccines on hand and upon arriving at the resceduled date we were told that they did not have their immunization records. How did they know they didnt have the immunizations needed when they called me to reschedule if they didnt have their records then? Huh. We might be opening a hipa case against this office.
