I cannot say enough good things about both Saki and GoModular. He is the consummate professional, with a depth of construction knowledge that I have rarely seen. When he tells you almost any design is possible, he means it. I knew from our first conversation that no other modular company was going to build my house. The questions he asked and the suggestions he made were on a different level than anyone else I interviewed. Saki worked tirelessly to make sure our build came off without a hitch. He assisted in all facets of the construction, offering suggestions on layout and structural elements, including some of the foundation design, which opened up the floorplan to create additional living space. When our house was complete, Saki continued to check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Any problems we encountered, he made sure to rectify in short order. Saki loves what he does and it is evident both in the way he approaches a project and the way he treats his customers.

Saki built my SIP house in 2019 and I have been living in it for almost 1 year. Working with a builder (as I found out) is like getting married, you're in this thing together. Lucky for me Saki knows so much about building it's crazy! He offered tremendous advice during the planning stage that really makes my house work for my family. I am usually the guy that has done the research and knows what I want, but I quickly realized Saki \is the Man\ and adopted most of his suggestions. As with any marriage it wasn’t perfect, but we got through it just fine. The real question to ask someone when you are vetting a builder is, “Would you build another house with them?” My answer is, I wouldn’t build it with anyone else. Saki is not perfect, his subs are not perfect, but that’s the industry and anyone who tells you otherwise is someone to be wary of. At the end of the day my house is a dream. Thank you Saki and Chris!
