I was nervous as this was both my first time at this hairdressers and it's in all the corona virus madness Katherine was brilliant understood my anxiety.nade me feel more relaxed n offered to just wet my hair as I was unsure about wash I was the only one in salon n katherine explained the stringent measures they have in place and everything was spotless n all disposable capes etc She was professional. Relaxed put me at ease n I came out with lovely new hairdo n more confidence I will definitely be keeping katherine n this hair salon as my regular. Cant rate n recommend high enough. Well impressed

I had my hair done for my wedding here. The lady who was meant to be doing my hair was going on holiday and so I came in to see the lady who would be doing my hair on the day. I waited around 30mins to be seen and then when trying to explain how I wanted my hair was totally ignored by the older stylist while she looked at the pictures I provided on my phone and was talking to the other stylist, and I felt if five more minutes passed like this I'd walk out. She did my hair for the trial and part way through told me it looked like I had false hair (it was ombré and in braids that wrapped around from one side to another so the lighter ends were next to my darker roots). Was that meant to be a compliment? It didn't feel like one. it took 45 mins and I was quoted 35 for the wedding day. On the day she managed to take 1 hour to do the same hairstyle, I asked if she wanted to see a picture to remind her and she said no and so my hair wasn't quite what I wanted in the end and because I was running late with her taking an extra 15 mins I couldn't argue when she charged me 50 - I barely had time to get my dress on. I wasn't happy with this experience. I was 23 at the time and I felt that I would have been taken more seriously if I was older. Wouldn't recommend.
