Been with Lloyd's for few year's now as I use doctor's next door so handy but over last year they getting worse from a very rude member of staff last year and over last few month staff levels are down so waiting time is long. My last 3 months prescriptions have had missing items and they say they ring u but don't ring so left without tablet's over weekend as they now close sat/sun so have to wait till Monday so time to changed as had enough.

Always go out of their way to help. Very friendly staff that keep you informed when it’s needed. The delivery service is excellent and drivers are professional yet friendly and always willing to help if they can. Overall excellent in all areas. Thank you.

Didn't have the medication in my fiancee needed, went the day after just after 7pm after work opening hours are til 7.30pm but they've closed early leaving her another day with no tablets I could see them all still in there tried calling and they won't answer, then kept going to busy so obviously taking calls. Will be taking further as at this time people need their medication no warning they were closing early nothing!!!

Any1 saying this is a good or nice chemist or people there wrong very rude ,inconsiderate ,ignorant and lack any respect at all they really would benefit from a course on how to treat customers
