Needed to have our Fire Angel smoke detectors replaced (contrary to the advertising on the box they don't last 10 years). Rang yesterday and spoke to 2 very pleasant and helpful young ladies. Another very nice, helpful young lady rang me this afternoon to arrange delivery and items dropped off by a nice fireman within 30 minutes of call. Absolutely fantastic service, for professionalism, efficiency and speed. Well done to you all, and many thanks. Mrs Miller
