Took my bike in for repair with a snapped gear cable clogging up the shifter, was thinking the worst (A new shifter). Rob managed to dismantle it and remove the discarded cable and restore the mechanism to its former glory. Fit new inner and outer cables and the bike felt crisp and new again. I was only without the bike for half a day and well worth the cost of the repair and even had the Bike back ready for my next commute to work. Highly recommend the PCC, excellent service, always very friendly and offers good honest advice.
