Having been in this place a long time ago know that they are on a mission to get you into work along the way they lose their souls as they don't care what mental health issues you have been through. 9 reviews shows that they have time to sift through the bad comments and leave the not so detailed ones. I've been on hold to the 0800 number to try and get hold of someone for 43 MINUTES, When i finally got through to someone she said i was through to the wrong department i asked if she could put me through to the correct department and she put me back to the original start menu! Awful customer service!!! NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!
