Excellent staff and excellent customer aftercare. As I am living abroad at the moment, I made an appointment whilst home on annual leave for contact lenses and was fully briefed on what documents to bring and what to expect during the contact lenses fitting. A particular thank you to the gentleman who took the time to reorder my contact lenses and get them delivered to my address abroad without any hassle, a real level of great customer care !

From the very instant of booking a test, the complete process was super smooth and efficient. The Newry staff were just outstanding.. from Joanna to Adrian! Recieved my lovely specs within 4 working days! Went for the Vision Express 59 (the actual eye test, which was a very thorough examination of eye, lens, iris and rentina was 10), which are identical to the Police brand (185). 5 stars!
