Excellent staff and excellent customer aftercare. As I am living abroad at the moment, I made an appointment whilst home on annual leave for contact lenses and was fully briefed on what documents to bring and what to expect during the contact lenses fitting. From the very instant of booking a test, the complete process was super smooth and efficient. The Newry staff were just outstanding.. from Joanna to Adrian! Recieved my lovely specs within 4 working days! Went for the Vision Express 59 (the actual eye test, which was a very thorough examination of eye, lens, iris and rentina was 10), which are identical to the Police brand (185). 5 stars!
