Excellent customer service from the stores managers. The shop is a first class with great sales agents. No regrets the bike is awesome. Great value for your money.

Staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond to have my son’s bike ready for collection before his birthday.

Went to the Newry store to pick up a Cycle 2 Work scheme bike. Found there to be issues with my order. Staff happily supported to find a middle ground and provided this calmy and effectively. Even got a bottle holder and bottle thrown in - great store, great attitude and they know their stuff!

Efficient and professional store. Visited numerous times for fitting bulbs/wipers etc and always friendly approachable staff.

Service online and in store was excellent. However I bought a bike and paid to have it assembled. This was mistake as it was very poorly assembled. Front wheel and handlebars were out of line. Chain guard was catching the cranks, front and rear brakes were rubbing on the rims, seat post was loose... I could go on but this gives the idea!
