Arrived early with three children for a quiet days fishing that had been planned and prepped for for three days prior. Set up on a swim and was there for 45 minutes, baited up the spot and got the kids all sat fishing happily with their own rods. Was approached by an arrogant entitled 'man' who informed us that the swim was reserved for him and went on to explain he has known the owners for 25 years. No signs or anything to show the spot has been reserved but we had to move. Just because you know the owners does no give you a right to destroy a family day out. We packed our things back in the car and drove home with three very upset and disappointed children. Will not be returning to this lake, even though I have been fishing here for over 30 years! Absolute disgrace! Will be spreading the word! Also just to add that whilst this 'man' was telling us this, he was stood directly over my daughter NOT 6 FEET AWAY!! Would give no star review if possible!!
