Great selection of goods and clothing, and polite, knowledgeable staff. Felt comfortable and safe shopping because they are sensible about masks and distancing. Wish I'd spoken up to a rude customer who abused the sweet girl working at the door asking him to wear a mask. Great professional staff!

Visited here in the summer and was really impressed with the range of stock and knowledge of the staff! I felt very safe with all the COVID measures that were in place, there are even spare masks at the door for people who wish to have a look around. I will defo be coming back on my next trip to Newquay! Keep up the good work!

Best surf shop in the UK, great collection and was looking for a new board for my Bali trip next year and staff was very friendly and helpful. The shop taking the COVID-19 safety measures seriously, which is great made me feel comfortable shopping. Always had a great experience. Deffo coming back.

Very disrespectful towards customers, belittled me due to my disability and refused entry to the shop, asked me to prove I'm disabled which is against the law and was very aggressive about it. Would not reccomend spending money in there store, totally despicable. Disgusting behaviour

Very nice shops with a lot of good quality brands and nice clothing. But unfortunately my girlfriend and I did not part with any of our money on our recent visit to either shops, as the staff in one of their two shops were very militant and rude in the way they shouted at us from behind the counter to USE THE HAND SANITIZER, as we entered the store. In the second store an older gentleman greeted us at the door and asked us politely to use the hand sanitizer, which was a much more pleasant way to be talked to. If we had been asked politely in the first store, we both would have made a purchase. Seems a shame that RUDENESS, meant the shops did not make 100 worth of sales out of us. We went to different stores instead to spend our money.
