Excellent service from this surgery. Kind, thorough and helpful people. The dispensing pharmacy is next door again, helpful kind people. At the time of writing the entire country is experiencing various forms of restrictions due to the pandemic lockdown, it seems that this doctors surgery has got their ducks in line. Well done
One of the best GPS Surgeries ever I have been registered at. I have been registered at six surgeries over the years and I couldnt fault them and I used to manage a GPs surgery...kind, thoughtful, efficient and helpful and that is everyone staff, nurses and Gps. And that includes over the COVID period..
I understand with the pandemic that things have been slightly on hold but to be fobbed off all the time just so my partner can get support and yet wait up to more than 4 weeks with a o\ is atrocious.
Great surgery with lovely reception staff. The call back system works well and waiting times are good. Also Dr Stephens is a wonderful GP!
