Staff friendly and very helpful. Went smoothly with check in. The walk to the pick up point is quite a bit especially when it was bucketing the rain. I know the weather is beyond their remit but it is a bit of a walk in the pouring rain. This is why I only gave 3 stars

If i could leave zero stars I would. We have hired numerous cars from Hertz at Newquay and we have only once had the car available that we ordered. Arrived this month and was offered a large pick up truck or a mini van neither of which I had requested. After explaining these options were not suitable I was advised this was all they had! There was absolutely no help from the 3 staff members one of them i believe is the manager!!!! I honestly feel the staff go out of their way to try and antagonise you. My recommendation is to go to Europcar next to Hertz who after witnessing the way we were dealt with my the Hertz staff went above and beyond what was required to find us a car. Hertz you really need to look at your customer service at this branch.
