Joke of a company. Avoid at all cost. I've worked in various manufacturing industries all my life, and this is by far the worst company I've associated myself with. Only employ agency staff (Smart Solutions), no opportunity to progress, it's a 'them and us' attitude in the workplace, shocking management, clueless shift leaders, a boring and tedious job, the list of negatives is endless.
