The service offered was absolutely brilliant. From inspection, to clearly outlining our options, effective treatment (both for the pests and economy) right through to the care taken and follow up. The communication was great with updates, especially as I was living remotely. I had full faith my elderly mother was in good hands. What was a stressful situation for us with vast amounts of termite activity was quickly and professionally dealt with. I was referred to Tony via a mutual friend as we had some termites in our house. Tony was incredibly responsive and came over that day to inspect them. Then he devised a strategy to get rid of them including both a chemical treatment as well as some great tips to keep them out of my house. And since then Tony checks in periodically to make sure they haven’t returned. I would absolutely recommend Tony’s services and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Tony is a legend. Excellent service - on time, good value and solves my pest problems first time, every time. Explains the issue and takes the time to answer all your questions (even the dumb ones!). And follows up to confirm the pests are gone...highly recommended.
