We bought our first caravan from Newport Caravans as they came highly recommended. We were not disappointed; the customer service from start to finish was something we have rarely experienced. The whole team are excellent, helpful and very professional. Our caravan was delivered to site in West Wales and the superb service continued Tony not only delivered it, but being new, helped explain all we needed to know. We visited the Newport Caravans stand at the NEC in October this year. Had a chat with Scott Jefferies on Sales. We told him we were after a particular model and layout of caravan. After a short discussion, he told us that he had exactly what we were looking for back at the dealership in Wales. Scott started out with a great discount off the list price, and after further negotiations, threw in some very nice extras. Scott was very friendly, and made us feel at ease straight away. Upon collecting the caravan, Dave gave us a complete run through of the features in the van, and how to hitch up etc, while Scott sorted out the extras and paperwork. The whole hand over was enjoyable from beginning to end, and made the journey from Stoke on Trent well worth it. I can highly recommended Newport Caravans, and Scott Jefferies to anybody looking for a Caravan or Motorhome. Thanks Guys
