Some seriously amazing staff. Unfortunately, came across a couple of disgusting staff members that clearly have no understanding of mental health. There was also personal bias over a staff member being friends with family that I escaped into refuge from. Complaints procedure ignored me.
Brilliant organisation, an A-Z Of support and all of the staff are lovely and so well trained, not only that, but they are understanding & welcoming too. Great people. There are classes on all week. have a look on their website for more info :)
