abusive staff.. threatened to kick me and the people I was with out of the store for one of us not wearing a face mask. did not take any time or consideration towards and health or medical issues before making threats ! the staff should take time to read their own store policy's

Staff were friendly and helpful - I haven't owned a car for over 25 years but this Spring I bought an old Ford Fiesta and noticed the coolant level was at MIN so called in to buy more and ask a few questions re maintenance checks. I was told that Halfords offered a 15 minute mini service so thought this would be a good idea if it could be done soon. 15 minutes later, Dan did the service for me and I asked if he would mind explaining things as he went along so I'd know where things were under the bonnet and what to check on a regular basis. He went out of his way to answer my many questions and to explain everything clearly and he completed the mini service thoroughly and efficiently. Thanks Dan :-)
