Lady in the shop did not really want to help me choose a duvet, fired a bunch of questions at me, then helped me. I made a decision on which one I wanted then was handed a broken box with a duvet in it.

I love Dunelm. The Newport store is well laid out and very accessible for wheelchair users like myself. Great sized lift for easy access to second floor. Plentiful parking spaces too
Friendly staff,clean well presented stock aisle could be wider in present climate
