Currys PC World let me down at Christmas saying an item would arrive before Christmas. They took my order and payment and didn't send my item. After Christmas they said sorry and think this is good enough. Poor service and now will be my last retailer that I will use.

Never had such bad service from Rachael in the Newport Currys on the Isle Of White. She assumed we wanted money off the product without even saying hello at first! She assumed we were also into money laundering because we asked the question if we can pay without having the actual card present. Her attitude was arrogant and awful that we left feeling terrible. All other staff we met the previous day prior to buying our washing machine were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with customer service.

Tried to order online, the payment was processed but the order was not. On the appointed delivery day nothing arrived, but I wasted all day because we weren't told the order failed. Three and a half weeks, and two refund requests later, and so far nothing. Avoid. Really.
