I don’t think I would still be here if not for the help and support from this surgery. After years of struggling I am the healthiest and happiest I have ever been all thanks to the patience and understanding also the constructive help I received I will always be grateful. Yes you need to have a bit of patience at the moment in these strange times this is no fault of the team they are doing the best they can under the circumstances.

Difficult to make contact either by phone or on line. I would have thought that as a result of Covid, the surgery should be quieter. Not 'Very busy' as the recorded message keeps reminding us. Also, the Carisbrooke surgery is in serious need of exterior decorating. Otherwise, the beautiful period features are in danger of rotting. Shame really.

Dreadful. Used to be a good practice but no longer. Minimum 40 minute wait until call is answered. They don’t know who you are. No appointments available, only way to get any advice is to ring 111. Can’t believe no one has died waiting for the phone to be picked up. Can’t even speak with a doctor who knows you. And do t go to the hospital. Just contracted serious stomach issues. Would prefer to die overnight at this point.

To Carisbrooke Health Centre, having anything wrong with you if you are under 45 is just impossible. They barely actually examine you, and find the quickest way for you out the door. I have been ill for more than 10 years, and the doctors have done practically nothing.

On the phone all afternoon only the repeated message no one there to answer the phone wanted to get a blood test result. Dreadful! It gets worse not better.
