My wife and i went to look at the Ferraris at this store. They asked us to wait because due to Covid we have to be shown around. Then the receptionist tells us one sales person is on a call and the other sales person is talking with the GM. I guess they are too busy to show clients around. Instead of taking care of a client who was ready to buy, the sales person and the GM decided it was better to stay in their office and talk. It’s disappointing that they have such poor level of customer service.
Massive showroom, clean cars. I'm in no place financially to buy any Ferrari but was there to take pictures. Very nice.
Such great selection and an amazing show room.
The staff is always very friendly, and the inventory is on point. Thanks for letting my son check another Super Car off his bucket list to see.
