First class service. Always helpful and efficient! We bought our Allen mower in 2002 from the store and have it serviced annually by GMS . It came back today once again looking like new! Fantastic!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, local run family business. We have brought The Lawnflite Wheeled Trimmer (Wheeled Strimmer) today it started first time and is perfect for clearing our weeds and long grass, without the grass flicking back and stinging your legs, I would 100% recommend using NGMS again.

Absolutely fantastic service and price. I ordered a bbq over the phone on Thursday and had it delivered on Saturday, the BBQ had been put together all ready to use and the driver explained about the BBQ showing me all that it could do. I would highly recommend NGMS, Great service from start to finish.

Highly recommend this company not only for their knowledge and experience, but for the staff as a whole. Having recently moved to the area, a friend recommend Newmarket Garden Machinery to service my Ride-On Honda Law Mower. My friend has been using them for years, and what better than a verbal recommendation from a trusted source. When telephoning for an initial introduction, they put me at easy, and it was arranged they would come and collect my Lawn Mower. As a keen gardener, I popped down town for a visit the following day to be greeted by very friendly and approachable staff who knew exactly who I was in reference to my call and Mower. I had a very pleasant visit, and was shown around their showroom; nothing was too much trouble. Whilst visiting, I witnessed the staff treat every customer who arrived with the same high attention to detail, they seemed to all rush to help anyone taking large garden equipment out of vehicles whether help was needed or not, chivalry is clearly not dead at GMS. Have used them several times since with silly little problems with my Mower, but will be returning for my next service when needed. I have already recommended Newmarket Garden Machinery to several acquaintances and will continue to do so.
