Michelle and the team were superb. A total pleasure to work with, especially considering the tight turn around time for our bespoke postage boxes. They've come out great and for a really reasonable price. We will definitely use Capscases again.

My daughter went for an interview at caps cases and a guy interviewed her to which she said went well, he proceeded to ask her when can she can start to which she said straight away , he replied by saying he will contact her in the morning with a start date . My daughter come home very happy and eager to start this role. No telephone call the next day so she called the day after for an update , a lady answered and said the guy had told her she was unsuccessful and they would not be taking her on . Obviously my daughter was very confused and explained this to the lady , the lady said she will find out whats going and she will call my daughter back . The lady called back after speaking to the guy who interviewed her and went on to say that he had said she was unsuccessful and sorry that you was mislead but he thinks you look too glamours fro the role , nothing about how she came across nothing ,just because the way she looked. I will add to this my daughter had smart office wear on , flat dolly shoes and hair back with minimal make up on , no lipstick . My daughter was very shocked by this and felt it was very judgmental not giving her the job because her appearance . (Do they want you looking scruffy and unkempt when attending interviews with them.) Very unprofessional in my opinion and has left my daughter very upset misleading her in thinking she had the job .
