This was a shocking experience. I ordered 2 composite doors from New Look Windows. I was asked to pay for the doors upfront and would just need to pay for the fitting after completion of the job. Once they measured and ordered the doors, I simply could not get them to fit them. On 3 occasions they had scheduled fitters, but on the morning the work was supposed to be carried out they didnt turn up, and ignored all calls and messages left for them. They showed a total disregard for their customers with absolutely no concept of courtesy. Eventually I had to arrange for the doors to be collected and fitted by a different firm who discovered that the measurments taken by New Look were completely wrong. The width of the doors were over 50mm out, and the height over 150mm out. The attached photos show the door would not fit even with 50mm of addon strips attached to the sides and top of the door. Unfortunately I will need to re-order the doors again from a company who knows how to use a tape measure. An absolute disaster from the word go from a firm of complete cowboys and a total loss incurred of 1500.
We recently had a full house window replacement and are very happy with the outcome. The fitters completed the work in two days ( they hardly stopped work all day) and even brought their own tea. Recommended. Very pleasant, businesslike and easy to deal with. Thank you Ali and the team
Great experience from start to finish. Great customer service. Very good price in comparison to other window companies. Work was very clean and did a very good job fitting my new window. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
One of the worst aftersales services. They came very quick when they want to undertake the work. Price was reasonable and windows installed within few days. After they finished work, one of the window is leaking and rain water is coming in the room. Called almost 50 times but no reaponse. Mr. Shaukat is not very cooperative in this matter. Internal finishing is not very impressive as u can see in the picture.
