I moved into my first, newly build home in August 2019. The sales team, and later after-care team, are people that have been nothing but professional, lovely, and caring. Excellent communication and responsiveness, and making sure that I was happy in my new home made the whole experience of buying my first home more relaxed than I ever though it would be. Several months down the line and I can say with certainty that even if there is an issue, I know that there is a team in place to assist if needed. And of course I love my beautiful new home. Thank you Newland Homes for delivering what you promised.

From day one our experience with Newland Homes was exceptional. Diana and Carole of the sales team were kind and understanding when the sale of our former property took longer than expected. Then, following completion the few ‘snags’ in the house were remedied quickly and satisfactory. We are very happy with our ‘Tetbury’ style home which is full of character and thoughtfully designed throughout.
Recently bought a new build from Newland at the Amberley site in Yate. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The sales staff on site were so friendly and helpful, as well as several colleagues we spoke to at the head office. The site manager and other site workers were also all so friendly, approachable and conscientious. With regards to the house, we are over the moon with it. Newland are very different and offer a good spec as standard. So we had no haggling over extras such as a lawn or flooring. The house seems so well built and there was only very minor things to snag. The response to that was also top drawer; quick and efficient as with all they do. The whole process was painless; they kept us informed at all times and were always happy to answer our questions. I would thoroughly recommend Newland Homes.
I moved into my Newland Home on 31st May 2019 and i couldn't be happier. I first went into the sales office at the start of March where the shell of my house was already in place. I was fortunate enough to still be able to choose my kitchen, carpets, flooring and bathroom tiles and i was extremely impressed with the quality. I didn't have to upgrade any of the standard fittings, fixtures, worktops or cupboards because the spec was already so high. As a solo, first time buyer, the whole process has been extremely easy for me. Made that way by the incredible Bev & Sarah who have made this whole thing so enjoyable. They were amazing at taking all the stress away and wherever possible were extremely flexible around my work hours when paperwork needed to be signed. Even after moving in, Bev & Sarah have still been absolutely brilliant and have been able to answer any questions/queries that i've had. The customer service from them both has been second to none and i couldn't be happier to have had them help me through this process. My snagging list was relatively small and was rectified within days of submitting. It's important to realise that with any new build there will always be snags, it's the way they're dealt with that is vital. So far, Newland have been great with it. Overall the customer service, the quality of my house, the fixtures and the fittings have been brilliant and within seconds of stepping through the front door, it felt like home. Thank you again!
