The State recently paved Route 183 and did a wonderful job. Recently, the State work team have been finishing with new curbs and driveway ends. We have a \U\ shaped driveway. One was not done. Within an hour that we called the State, we not only received a callback, but the trucks were here to complete our entrance and others in our section. The entire road between Winchester and Torrington was efficiently completed and looks wonderful. We thank everyone on the work team for a job well done.

This is a truly beautifully building. It was built on the hard work and suffering of the wretched tax slaves. The vice and greed of our governmental overlords is truly majestic. The devil approves.

I have an issue with the way some of the highways have had their markings changed over the last few years. When merging from one highway to another, the length of road that you can legally merge as indicated by the broken white lines has shortened, making this process more difficult and potentially less safe. Why? Not sure who to talk to or why it happened, but it is horrible. As you probably know, you can not legally cross a solid white line. A prime example is 571 east where it merges with route 9 south, just before the Christian Lane exit. Another really short legal merge is when going from route 9 south to interstate 91 North. There are many more cases like this and I can go on and on. These are close enough to Newington that someone should research this and check it out in the flesh... Please get someone on this immediately, if not sooner.

Dear department of transportation, East Hartford needs some repaving of rt 5 and CT blvd. Also the stop lights all need updating, they are missing left turn signals and the programing is just plain stupid! Time to spend some money dot!

Why, WHY are you runing eco systems and chopping down the trees along our beautiful (although no more) highways. Who is being bribed? Who is being paid off for such lucrative contracts? AND you want to set up tolls?!? So we can continue to do this unnecessary EXPENSIVE work?? Give me a break. Whoever is authorizing should be investigated and fired.
