Good friendly staff who are happy and willing to help in a timely fashion in order to prevent too much time being spent within the store.

very good servicve. young man helped me choose the wheel trims and put them on for me. Would thoroughly recommend this store
I ordered a bike on Tuesday and it got delivered today (Thursday) fantastic service! The staff were very helpful in choosing a suitable bike for my height as well as making sure I had everything I need! Great value for money!
I used the click and collect on my phone and in less than 30 minutes I had received the notification my parts are ready to collect. On entry to the store I was greated by a polite gentleman who kept his distance and asked to help. He took me straight to my items and I was out the door in seconds. Super efficient during this unprecedented time. Well done halfords. Credit where credit is due.
