Great service, staff really friendly and professional. Dropped car off to get new battery and it was ready to collect 30 minutes later. Prices very competitive. Will definitely be using this centre when anything else is required.

Car perfectly fine before driving there, on the way home (after the mot said it was unsafe to drive because of a tyre) car stopped twice, each time on a roundabout with my 3 year old in the car. Got my partner to plug it into the diagnostics kit, turns out Halfords had messed about with a wire for the gearbox, won’t retest for the mot until 2 weeks later even when the work was completed the same day, highly unprofessional would never return and am not even returning for my free retest, I would rather pay a different garage to redo a new mot than take it back to Halfords, have warned others to never go there

Loved the email after fitting of two new tyres stating service due now (it isn't) and odometer reading 123456 (clearly wrong). To be fair, fitting of new tyres went well and they also fitted new wiper blades and even sorted defective windscreen washer at no extra cost... But if you're going to send an email to drum up future business why not get it right? It can't be that difficult....

Had previously used the centre for tyre replacements and for the first time opted to take my car in for its annual service and MOT. Very friendly and professional staff. I wasn't kept waiting and the Manager and Mechanic answered all my questions when I picked the car up. I can highly recommend them. I wish I had brought my car here for servicing years ago. It's nice to have an itemised and costed list of works to be done (MOT advisories). I came away feeling a valued customer and confident about my car's safety for another year.
