A dreaded exhaust rattle. Thought the silencer baffles had gone and a new exhaust would be needed. Fortunately, the guys at Arrow reported that it was only a loose heat shield, so they tightened it up, job done. Can't recommend these honest guys enough. If you are considering a 'kwiker' company, don't. Plus always service with a smile
I visited there a couple of weeks ago late Thursday afternoon for a puncture repair , I called up with no appointment Dave Harvey the Manager invited me down. I was seen immediately , my puncture repaired and my alloy put back and they put away my spacesaver away. the customer service Dave provided was exemplary honestly I couldn't have been happier , will definitely use them in future despite having larger tyre companies closer to me.
Staff were extremely polite and helpful, quick service and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning!
Excellent customer service from the team! reliable & trusting services. The team showed me exactly what was wrong with my exhaust and were honest from the start with pricing. This was my second visit to the garage after Kwikfit up the road attempted to swindle me with their so called ‘discounted offer on tyres’.
