Where do I start - I cannot praise Newgrange enough with the love and care shown towards my 89 year old Mum who has no mobility so unable to remain in her own home - this includes all staff from the Directors, Managers, Carers, Activity, Chef, Maintenance, Laundry, Cleaners etc etc. Residents always look clean and their clothes are perfectly laundered and ironed . Meals are freshly cooked and always look appetising with a choice. There is always a smiling face to welcome you and I feel like I have found new friends. It is always clean and there are refreshments for visitors if required. Family are welcome at any of the events. My Mum has been living there for 5 months now (she was in a home before which was dreadful) and has quality of life, made new friends, is happy and visits are a pleasure. Thank you to you all for all your hard work

Newgrange is a lovely care home with excellent standard of care. All the rooms are of high quality. I know my Mum is being well cared for in a clean friendly environment. You are always made to feel welcome and feel lucky that my mum lives in such a lovely home. I would highly recommend this home.
Newgrange has surpassed all my expectations and I am confident my mum receives the very best care. I would recommend Newgrange to anyone looking for a Care Home for a loved one in Cheshunt and surrounding areas.
Would highly recommend this care home to anyone, my mum was in a different home for three months previously, the difference is no comparison. The carers are just that, truly caring for each resident and their individual needs, they are all so friendly, I feel confident and happy that my mum is being very well cared for, the bedrooms are lovely, the whole feel of the place is welcoming and very warm
Newgrange has been amazing with my Grandma. I can see how much they genuinely love and care for her. It is heart warming to see how they talk with her and listen to her. I could not recommend the home enough.
